Store Policies

PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the shopping cart link and proceed to check out.

SHOPPING ON-LINE
For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

PAYMENT
We are happy to accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use. You can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account. Please click here to set up a PayPal account.

PROOFS
Proofs are available via email or fax for an additional charge of $6.00. Orders over 50 pieces require a proof. Proofs are sent within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. If you are in a rush, you may want to forego the proof, as this will take extra time. Changes made to each proof, will require a $5.00 charge.

PRINTING
ellie and co. sells paper both custom printed and blank stock. When available, pricing will be shown for each product for custom and blank stock.

SHIPPING
Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days of placing the order. You may request a Rush delivery for an additional charge.

Standard Shipping rates are as follows:

$0 -$50.00 in merchandise is $8.95
$50.01- $100.00 in merchandise is $10.95
$100.01 - $150.00 in merchandise is $12.95
$150.01 -$200.00 in merchandise is $14.95
$200.01 and over in merchandise is up to 10% of order (will be calculated based on total)

These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.

ADDRESSING AND MAILING
ellie and co. will gladly address and mail your invitations for you for an additional charge of $2.50 plus postage per envelope. We will just need the mailing address from you, and the invitations will be mailed within 48 hours of the invitations being printed. In addition, we require envelope return address printing for this service. Should you desire calligraphy, more time and additional costs will be incurred.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you asked to enter your order number and e-mail address. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted, there will be a charge of $10.00 for any changes or cancellations, made within 2 hours of placing the order. If changes or cancellation occurs after 2 hours of placing the order, then the order will not be able to be changed or cancelled without placing a new order. A proof is strongly encouraged to help catch any changes or mistakes made at the beginning of the process.

REPRINTS
If an order is printed incorrectly by ellie and co., we will gladly reprint and ship at no charge to the customer. If an order needs to be reprinted due to a customer error, we will gladly reprint at 15% discount off the retail price and ship at the normal rates.

PRIVACY POLICY
